Workforce Readiness

The workforce readiness committee monitors and evaluates local activities concerning workforce readiness issues and encourages member involvement in activities impacting this area. This committee works closely with the School District of Palm Beach County’s Career Academies to provide work experience opportunities for teens in our area. This successful program matches students with organizations in an effort to ready the students for the workforce and to assist organizations in attracting local talent who might otherwise seek employment outside of Palm Beach County.  This committee is also works closely with other community-based organizations to promote workforce readiness in our county.
